WebAug 29, 2024 · Almost from the first day I started using Blender, I used the Mirror Modifier, to reduce by total work building a model by 1/2, 3/4, or 7/8, depending on how many axes I mirrored. That seemed to make sense. WebAs best I can tell this is because the vertices on the mirror line are considered non-manifold. I've tried selecting them and merging by distance, using/not using the clipping option, and also undoing the mirror option, filling the interior, then remirroring it (dumb idea I know, but I figured it was worth a shot).
