The Co-Op question should be asked in the FO76 forums, not the FO4 forums. As far as I know (or care), FO76 does have game modes that approximate Co-Op. I played with a group of 3-4 and they were always way more experienced than I was, they had played since the start. What I missed about it was the dedicated solo content of a traditional Fallout game, bso that's probably a yes for co-op.
