Wrong service charge calculations (didn't check with the customers before issuance), don't have a record of whose paid what and haven't collected an outstanding third party invoice (which amounts to around 1/3 of service charge) for 10 months.

WebFirst Port is an IMPOSED and useless housing management company. In Harlow CM20 (100+ houses), they are imposing UNJUSTIFIED management fees, which do not represent value to the housing state. In 2.5 years, they have cut the grass three times, have not fixed the street lighting and took them 2 years to finish the children’s playground.
