WebSo green lines are "locked in place", blue are "unconstrained" and black (or white) are "fully constrained". CAD fanatics will tell you your whole sketch has to be white (ie. fully constrained), but sometimes it's a PITA and doing it quick and dirty will get you as far. The originator of that sketch (which I simplified) says that he horizontal crossbar is, or was at one point, constrained to go through the midpoint of the long, blue, rightmost vertical line. But I don't see any evidence of that currently.
