WebJan 5, 2009 · Ive only experienced this once but last year on the river i found 17 feet of water. On the vex screen about 5-12 feet was lit up with goldeyes and right on the bottom there was fish. If i could get my jig through the goldeyes and on the bottom it was eyes. I ended up catching 5 or 6 nice walleyes and a bunch of goldeyes in that hole.
