WebAll you have to do is go to Document > Rockstar Games > GTA V > Profiles > BF617B46 (or whatever name that single folder has) > Delete pc_settings.bin. Now run GTA V and it will create a new pc_settings file and all you have to set is the brightness. Load into online and it won't show you that error. Video here .
