WebI guess for me, weakness is scary. Which is why I find the Ichthyosaur and the tentacles in Blast Pit from Half-Life 1 and the Combine Advisors from Half-Life 2 to be the scariest. You can only fight the Ichthyosaur in water where your vision is weak, you can't stay underwater for too long and you can only use the crossbow or pistol.
